Product Introduction

1. Rotary kiln is the key equipment in cement industry for calcinating clinker.lt is also used in various industries, such as metallurgy, chemical,building, refractory material, environmental protection, etc.

2. The kiln is composed of the cylindrical shell, roller supporting device with thrust roller, driving gear unit movable kiln hood, sealing device at kiln inlet, coal dust pipe device etc.

3. With a certain slope to the level,the whole kiln body is supporting rollers and fitted with thrust rollers to control up and down movement of the kiln body. Besides main driving unit for driving system,if is also fitted with the auxiliary driving unit so as to ensure the kiln could be kiln head sealing adopts housing type sealing and kiln rear uses axial contact sealing unit so that reliability of sealing could be ensured. 

Characteristics:

1. Its technical performance and workings state determines the quality, yield and cost of enterprise products to a great extent.

2. In building materials industry, besides calcine cement clinker, horizontal kiln is also used to dry calcined clay, limestone and slag;

3. In refractory materials production, raw materials calcined by rotary kiln has stable dimension and great strength.

4. In the beneficiation process, horizontal kiln can be used to take magnetization roasting for iron ore, aluminum, copper, zinc, tin, nickel, tungsten, chromium, etc. so that the weak magnetic can be strong magnetic and facilitate the separation.

5. In the chemical industry, kiln is used to calcine soda, phosphate fertilizer, barium sulfide etc., with  advantages of low energy consumption and small electricity.

6. Chromium Nickel Cement Kiln is the host of cement production, commonly known as "the heart of cement factory".
