Product Introduction

Production technology:

1. Crushing firstly: Gypsum material is into a crusher by feeding machine, crushing the large size of gypsum into smaller than 30mm granule to use later. According to the size of gypsum and different production requirements, the corresponding specification crusher can be chosen, which usually chooses the jaw crusher, cone crusher, or impact crusher,etc.

2. Transfer secondly: After breaking the gypsum material is transported to the storage bin by elevator. The storage warehouse shall design specifications according to the requirements of material storage time to ensure the stable supply of materials.

3. Grind thirdly:The material is continuously fed into the mill by electromagnetic vibration feeder. The powdered gypsum powder is blown out by the air flow of the mill blower, and it is graded by the analytical machine at the top of the machine. Fine powder will be with wind flow into the big cyclone collector, after collection, the powder tube discharge will be finished product.The finished product falls into the spiral conveyor and transported to the next system to be calcined.The wind road is closed circulation system, introduced the bag filter from the big cyclone collector bag filter and the blower and pipeline, to remove the dust in the air, and then let it out into the environment, to ensure the environment clean.
